Are you an
experienced Association Manager seeking a dynamic opportunity in the vibrant city of Milwaukee? Look no further We are currently seeking a skilled Condominium Manager to oversee a select portfolio of homeowners associations in the Milwaukee area.

Experience is required.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, ensuring effective communication and decisionmaking.
  • Manage financial aspects of associations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and collections.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to association bylaws and CC&Rs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and board members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain property standards and complete projects.

Requirements:


  • Experience in Association, HOA, or Condominium management is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of association bylaws, CC&Rs, and financial management principles.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to homeowners and board members.
