Energy Inspector
MaGrann Associates is an innovative leader in energy efficiency engineering and green building consulting. We are headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ with offices in Washington DC, New York City and Connecticut and operations throughout the Northeast region
Our Energy Inspectors are responsible for supporting client projects by verifying on-site that buildings are being constructed or renovated to achieve specific energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
Principal Duties:
Support client projects by implementing verification protocols and professionally representing MaGrann and at construction sites:
- Inspect energy efficiency features in new and existing buildings as assigned
- Perform Blower Door, duct leakage and other testing as applicable
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other project personnel
- Complete all associated data collection and reporting (tablet, PC or hard copy as applicable)
- Other duties as assigned.
Supplemental Information:
This is a full-time/non-exempt position.
Must have a valid driver's license Typical field hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility to accommodate client or company schedules as needed.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and reviewed at least annually for performance and opportunity potential.

Pay:
$50, $58,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Construction inspection: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
