Training & Compliance Specialist - Newport Beach, CA (Professional Services)
JBI, Ltd. with offices in the Dallas, Texas and Newport Beach, CA regions, is a professional services organization in government administration. Our business is growing across the U.S.

with rapid expansion in Southern California, and we are seeking a talented Training & Compliance Specialist with governmental experience, including Child Welfare, to support our growing client base.

Responsibilities:

• Review random moment time studies for accuracy and training opportunities.
• Develop training programs for state/local juvenile probation departments through collaboration and communication with clients and other stakeholders.
• Manage training schedules, classroom/audiovisual setup, and participant coordination.
• Provide status reports, prepare training resources, and maintain library of training aids.
• Determine training effectiveness through assessment of program outcomes.
• Participate in program, client, and vendor meetings and calls & conferences, as required.

Background and Knowledge Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience, combined with 2+ years of regulatory program compliance and platform training experience.
• Working knowledge of Foster Care, Group Home, and Residential Treatment Center placements preferred.
• Technical knowledge of program regulations/compliance, curriculum/training design, teaching/instruction, and measuring effectiveness.
• Excellent communications (verbal & written), presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, web browsers, and conferencing software.
• Comfortable with travelling on a routine basis and working in a fastpaced & deadlineoriented environment.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
