Responsibilities:
Understanding the basics of QuickBooks.
At least 1 year+ proven experience as an assistant
Work-hard
Detail-oriented

Speaking mandarin would be a plus and preferred_
Assisting managers' job duties as assigned and able to training in warehouse
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Data entry
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Sending and receiving mail.
- Assisting shipping department
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location:
In person
