Healthcare and nursing professional or medical assistant (m/f/d) Gynecological Outpatient Clinic Sana Clinics Duisburg We are looking for a healthcare and nursing professional or medical assistant (m/f/d) (full-time 38.5 hours/week) for our Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient Clinic at Sana Clinics Duisburg GmbH, starting on September 1, 2024 or as soon as possible.

The Sana Clinics Duisburg GmbH operates two hospitals:
the Wedau Clinics in Duisburg-Wedau and the Bertha Hospital in Duisburg-Rheinhausen.

Both clinics are modernly equipped teaching hospitals for regional top-level care with a total of 17 specialist departments and 678 beds.

Your tasks:
Independent preparation and follow-up as well as assistance during obstetric/gynecological examinations Preparation and assistance during gynecological procedures (e.g.

biopsies, invasive prenatal procedures) and blood draws Ordering of medications and consumables Organization of appointments and coordination of examinations across departments Organization of laboratory tests Registration of outpatient and inpatient patients Creation and updating of patient records in the obstetrics and gynecology documentation system as well as proper documentation Performance billing Your profile:
Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or medical assistant Experience in gynecological outpatient clinics Good knowledge of obstetrics/gynecology and prenatal care An engaged, creative and friendly personality with high social competence, communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility The ability to
