- Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (hourly base & commission)
- Sell programs and services to present and prospective customers through phone and electronic communication.
- Secure sales and arrange service dates.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts.
- Maintain call records, account status, and customer feedback in CRM system.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on various resources.
- Prepare and maintain proper sales reports.
- Contact customers to measure satisfaction after service is completed or provide assistance with questions and service concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Analyze and distribute new sale cancellation requests to retain customers.
- Three years of outside sales experience, preferably in lawn/horticulture/pest field.
- Training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must pass required licensing tests.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Data entry skills with a mobile device.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and consultative sales skills.
- Knowledge of selling techniques.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally.
- Ability to define customer problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling programs and services to current and prospective customers through electronic communications. Conducts development and follow-up of leads and customer retention/service calls through means of telephone and other electronic contact to identify customer needs. Prospects and generates sales revenue by adding new program customers and cross selling and up selling current customers. May focus in either residential or commercial sales.
