Description

For our senior facility Haus Simeon in Nortorf in Hurstbourne Acres, we are looking for a full-time residential area manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

The residential area manager ensures the proper daily work of the nursing and care services in the residential area through their personnel and material decisions, within the framework of the facility's objectives.

Tasks:


• Ensuring individually planned, holistic and activating care in accordance with care standards and implementation of the care mission statement


• Advisory and supportive supervision of the proper implementation of nursing and care in the residential area


• Participation in the development of concepts, methods and guidelines to improve the quality of care and support


• Regular review of the quality of work processes and results based on documentation and random checks (residential area control)


• Shift planning within the team, including substitution arrangements


• Ensuring sufficient and efficient flow of information within the team and conducting meetings in the residential area


• Performing treatment-related tasks


• Ensuring the necessary work and aids for nursing and care
