Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the school curriculum
- Provide effective instruction using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development
- Utilize learning technology to enhance lessons and student engagement
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Proficiency in early intervention techniques
- Strong curriculum development skills
- Ability to create effective lesson plans tailored to students' needs
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative teaching methods
- Proficiency in learning technology tools for educational purposes
Pay:
$55, $98,000.00 per year
