JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for completing preliminary investigations and direct supervision of assigned JUVENILE offenders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, or Criminal Justice:

Must possess Indiana Probation Officer Certification or able to obtain certification within six months of employment:

Indiana Youth Assessment System (IYAS) certification from IOCS, or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment:

Effective verbal and written communication skills:

Proficiency with Windows based programs:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation:

Must pass drug test and background check
