Service Assistant (m/f/d)

  • Personal greeting of customers at the Porsche Center and directing them to the appropriate contact person
  • Assistance for waiting customers (information, refreshments)
  • Planning service appointments and customer mobility according to needs
  • Managing the workshop appointment schedule
  • Sales of products from the Porsche lifestyle range
  • Cash management and closing
  • Handling general correspondence for the service department
  • Management of service replacement vehicles / rental cars
  • Operating the telephone switchboard
  • Carrying out assigned projects from the After Sales Manager or Service Advisor
  • Assisting with warranty and goodwill claims with the manufacturer
  • Assisting with insurance and accident claims

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed training, preferably as an automotive salesman/woman with technical understanding
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Relevant work experience in front office
