We are currently seeking a Service Supervisor.


Responsibilities:

$3, SIGN ON BONUS:


  • Responsible for managing and supporting Service, and Inventory Processing (Warehouse) Departments.
  • Execute strategic priorities and strategic plans for achieving department goals.
  • Commence and participate in team and executive meetings regarding the Service department.
  • Drive service revenue to meet company initiatives and goals.
  • Be able to handle escalation calls for service (and maintenance departments as needed).
  • Assist department leaders with weekly payroll duties, including timesheets, weekly hours, PTO requests, and distribution of checks.
  • Help create and manage service promotions, including development offers, theme for mailer, coordinate and approve mailers from upper management.
  • Develop an agenda and lead Service department meetings.
  • Manage the number of pools serviced weekly and communicate to upper management.
  • Manage Profit and Loss for the Service department.
  • Lead field service technicians and manage all aspects of efficiency and cost.
  • Partner with Human Resources on the Service Technician job ads and descriptions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of recruiting for the Service department, including ensuring staff and technician capacities, onboarding, and training.
  • Distribute and collect weekly company vehicle quality check reports for service.
  • Review and oversee vehicle tracking records to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage vehicle Fleet for the Service Department.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Service management experience in the swimming pool industry.
  • Proven experience leading a team of (5) or more people in a fastpaced B2C environment.
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, coach, direct and manage teams.
  • Must have solid organizational skills, multitasker, problem solver, ability to tactfully resolve customer conflict and a strong attention to detail.
  • Must focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft platforms
  • Two to fouryear degree recommended.

Education and Certifications:


  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Certified Service Technician Specialist, Certified Service Professional, or Certified Pool Operator preferred.
  • TX Residential Appliance Installer License required.

Skills and Abilities:

Maintain industry certifications as required.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
