Rate of Pay:
$18.00 to $19.00 per hour (paid weekly)


Overtime Rate:
$27.00 to $28.50 per hour


1st Shift Schedule:
Monday thru Friday; 7:00am to 3:30pm


2nd Shift Schedule:
Monday thru Friday; 3:45pm to 12:15am

Overtime is always available; paid breaks


JOB SUMMARY:


If you have aspirations of becoming a fabricator, welder, machinist, plumber, or electrician this is a great place to start or advance your career.

The beginning months typically consist of cutting and assembling aluminum or steel, paint preparation, material handling, or assisting in electrical wiring.

As you gain some experience to grow into a more advanced role you will be trained and partnered up with personnel in the desired department.


  • Saw work cutting steel tubes, angles, channels, flat bars per blueprint cut lists
  • Drilling, milling, tapping, and mechanical assembly of components
  • Assisting with the disassembly of machinery components
  • Prepping for the painting of machine components
  • Assisting welders on fabrication projects
  • Assisting in the wiring of ovens, fans, and related electrical components
  • Some material handling and general cleaning duties

DESIRED SKILLS:


  • Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32"
  • Experience with Band Saws is needed
  • Experience with a sitdown Forklift and overhead Crane
  • Experience with Welders, Shears, Drill Presses, and Grinders is a plus
  • Assembly and wiring of components
