Key Responsibilities:

Support / Communicate with Operations Supervisor daily to ensure production expectations are being met.
Help run the system when needed by Operations.
Report contamination received to carriers with photo documentation.
Provide ticket information monthly to carriers.
Enforce PPE and sign in/out procedure. Greets visitors to plant, contacts appropriate staff when visitors arrive.
Enter all shipping information into reports as needed.
Maintain shared folder information for staff.
Support scale for lunch breaks, sick time, vacation.
Review night shift tasks are complete, fill in where necessary.
Communicate with carriers on updates to company policy.
Ensure weight limits are met for each outgoing shipment.
Reschedule trucks as needed.
Advise the next shift of any special instructions carrying over from day shift.
Provide training to new scale personnel as required.
