    Description

    In this position you will:

    • Be responsible for ensuring assembled devices and cables meet company requirements before it's packaged for shipping to the customer.
    • Visually Inspect the assembled devices and cables to ensure they meed specifications and identify any defects.
    • Make decisions to accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results witih the production Lead.
    • Provide hands on support to the production staff when needed to meet customer demands.
    Requirements:
    • 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
    • Attention to detail and ability to qualify expectations for finished products.
    • Must have basic technical skills working with electrical wires, electrical conduits and cables.
    • Experience with assembling/working with electrical wires, putting together electrical panels.
    • Using and maintaining hand and power tools.
    • Worked in an assembly environment for a minimum of 3 years.
    • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Position requires you to be on your feet throughout the shift.
    • Bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs will be expected, with assistance.
    • Steel toe/safety shoes required.
