Join Our Team at the Regional Hospital: A key healthcare provider in the Seacoast region, known for comprehensive heart and vascular program, the only ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, and a leader in neurosurgical, stroke, and aneurysm care.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Shift: Full-Time, No Weekends. 24hr responsibility.
  • Oversee all surgical services operations, ensuring highquality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Set strategic vision for the department, promote service line growth, and maintain strong physician relations.
  • Develop and lead programs to expand patient services and improve surgical procedures and patient care.
  • Responsible for fiscal management, departmental operations, and staff leadership.

Qualifications:


  • BSN required; Master's in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Current RN license as per state law; CNOR, CSSM certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in acute care management/director role in surgical services.
