We're seeking motivated and driven sales professionals to join our expanding team and be prepared to work in any of our stores throughout the Houston market. We currently have locations in Galleria, The Woodlands, Clear Lake, Katy, Baytown, Cypress, and New Caney and we're excited to add you to our team

Join Good Feet Midwest, an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America's #1 Arch Support Store.

With 26 locations across the Midwest and South, we're poised for remarkable growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3-5 years.


Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.


Your Role:


As a vital member of our dynamic sales team, you will hold a central position in guiding customers to discover relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain.

Our robust training program ensures that you will comprehensively grasp our sales process, enabling you to sell with confidence. Continuous coaching and development, especially during your initial 90 days, will be provided.

This role will take you to various locations across Houston, including but not limited to Galleria, Baytown, Katy, Clear Lake, and The Woodlands (mileage will be covered).


We Offer:


  • Competitive salary and bonus structure with uncapped commission

  • Average Pay: $70,000 $90,000 annually, based on a daily rate plus commission and bonus

Key Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of your personal sales metrics and goals
  • Engage customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Process transactions and provide guidance on financing options
  • Ensure timely and consistent followup to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Embrace selfdevelopment and seize growth opportunities

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 10 AM - 6 PM.

Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM.

Sundays: 12 PM - 4 PM.

Saturday contests and lunch incentives.


Physical Qualifications:


  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
  • Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
  • Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
