Responsibilities

Observation and Planning

  • Observe the behavior and well-being of the children and adolescents under care
  • Analyze and evaluate observation results and other information according to pedagogical principles, such as age-appropriate development, motivation, social behavior, knowledge, skills, learning progress, mental stability, and behavioral problems
  • Create educational plans, taking into account the guidelines of the institution, legal and organizational requirements, educational goals, methods, and specific educational issues
  • Prepare planned activities and pedagogical measures, based on individual interests and abilities of the children and adolescents, as well as pedagogical goals
  • Create visual aids such as picture boards and worksheets
  • Prepare excursions, celebrations, and other events

Musical and Artistic Development

  • Draw, paint, and sculpt together using various techniques
  • Instruct in different creative techniques, such as linocut, batik, and fabric printing
  • Sing and make music together

Mathematical, Scientific, and Technical Development

  • Promote the development of fine motor and manual-technical skills and abilities
