    Description

    Job Overview:

    Graham Technologies (GTECH) is seeking a Lead Security Control Assessor whose primary duties will be to ensure that all requirements for assessment in compliance with NIST are being met.

    You will be happy to know that this is a hybrid position. The work location is Washington, DC.

    Responsibilities:

    • Validate all work provided by the team.
    • Ensure all quality assurance requirements are met.
    • Work with the assessment team to ensure consistency in the process across all assessments.
    • Perform duties as SCA if needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • US citizen with the ability to pass a government background check
    • Five (5) years of experience as an ISSO or similar Sr. Information System Security specialization (Auditor, Engineer, Manager).
    • Five (5) years of experience analyzing, assessing, and implementing corrective actions based on vulnerability management tools.
    • Three (3) years leading projects, including conducting briefings, technical writing, and administrative tasks.
    • Active of the following certifications:
      • GIAC Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA)
      • ISC2 Certified Authorization Professional (CAP)
      • ISC2 Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
      • ISACA Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
    • Excellent communication skills with a focus on both verbal and written communication.
    • Working knowledge of NIST and FISMA.
