Responsible for paying claims after matching repair order, rental car receipts, and sublet invoices from repairing facility to the authorized amount of the Autoguard claim; includes resolving discrepancies between repair orders and approved claim amount.
Obtain and review repair order, rental car, and sublet invoices.
Maintain documentation of claims for potential audit purposes.
Match claim repair documentation to authorized claim amount.
Contact non-HAG repair facilities to initiate claim payments.
Reconcile ACH web-site amounts to authorized repair amounts.
Submit weekly ACH payment and post related general ledger entries.
Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as needed.

o Bachelor Degree
Field of Study/Work Experience:
o Automotive
v Prior work experience in accounts payable/receivable and general ledger debit and credit accounting.
Desired Work Experience:
v or up to three years related experience and/or training; Good organizational skills and able to work with minimal supervision
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
Hours may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays to meet required deadlines.
