Overview:
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Utilize TrackTik for security tasks
- Support the office staff with general tasks as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- At least 1 year of proficient experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency with office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Bilingual
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you can utilize your administrative and customer service skills effectively.
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
