Overview:

Duties:


  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
  • Utilize TrackTik for security tasks
  • Support the office staff with general tasks as needed
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
  • At least 1 year of proficient experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support


This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you can utilize your administrative and customer service skills effectively.


Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (required)
