- Collect past-due balances from business-to-business accounts promptly.
- Notify customers of overdue balances through various channels.
- Address customer inquiries regarding outstanding invoices.
- Investigate and reconcile customer account discrepancies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process necessary adjustments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to different roles.
- Strong multitasking skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed to job responsibilities with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work additional hours when required and maintain punctuality.
