****Job Overview****
TE Connectivity's Digital Experience teams set digital product, feature and user experience strategies, prioritizing capabilities and delivery to drive ROI, focusing on customer research, online features/services, and user experience, including content strategy, interaction and visual design, contributing significantly to the overarching digital strategy as well as multi-channel Brand experience strategy. They direct and define an engaging and valuable experience for TEs customers, collaborating with key partners (business, technology, marketing, etc.) to ensure that the integrity of the user experience is maintained during development through launch and appropriate plans and processes are in place to maintain and scale those experiences as appropriate. They partner with team members to define, track and test capabilities in an agile development life cycle and perform industry research as necessary to support feature definition and development. The team members have experience with responsive design, designing large scale websites, working with 3rd party agencies, agile practices including working with a product owner framework or similar function, creating/maintaining a Product/Feature backlog to prioritize capabilities for implementation, and the ability to define and clearly communicate detailed business requirements.
About the Hiring Team
The Customer Experience Center of Excellence (CX COE) is an area within the Digital and Customer Experience team focused on identifying, communicating, and scaling CX best practices across TE. We are a highly collaborative team, focused on outcomes and committed to providing extraordinary customer experiences for customers across the globe. We support multiple business units across three operating segments Transportation, Industrial Solutions, and Communications and we are seeking a CX Strategic Analyst to join the team.
About the Role
The CX Strategic Analyst will support the identification and/or development of next generation customer experience tools and processes that enable sustainable improvements in customer experience. Responsibilities include:
Research best practices in customer experience
Conduct market and competitive intelligence on emerging CX technologies
Create journey mapping frameworks for current and future state customer journeys
Assess capabilities for CX capabilities including customer journey analytics and orchestration
Develop roadmaps that include future-state experiences and investment opportunities
Assist in the development CX frameworks, toolkits, playbooks, and other support resources that establish consistency throughout the enterprise
Nurture a climate of continuous learning and advancement in the CX discipline
Perform other duties as assigned

You earned a bachelors degree in a business or technology related discipline.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a global B2B organization.
You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical, and presentation skills.

You can translate insights into actionable plans across various business models.
You enjoy working collaboratively when solving problems.
You have an uncanny ability to connect the dots across disparate activities.
You can visually craft a narrative using PowerPoint or another presentation software.
You demonstrate strong project management skills and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in one or more of the following areas: Business, Strategy, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence.
PMP certification
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience working with vendors and procurement

**COMPENSATION**
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $80, $105, subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
