GENERAL INFORMATION

Compensation Range:
$ $22.00 hourly.


Job Status:
Temporary; may turn into full-time opportunity.

Schedule:
Train and work from MAT SAN (3495 Kurtz Street, San Diego, CA Generally, Monday through Friday; 8 hours shifts. Weekends and holidays as scheduled and required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in and complete administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employment data changes.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing materials.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Assist in preparing HRrelated reports.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications related to HR programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provide clerical support to HR department.
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events (i.e., benefits enrollment, company meetings, employee recognition events).
  • Support management with various job functions and other duties.
  • Complete miscellaneous duties and adhoc projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration of coordination role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices a plus.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
