About you We are looking for individuals who believe in a holistic financial planning approach to help their members with retirement planning, investments, and life insurance to help manage and protect their assets.

Experience in the Finance and Insurance industry – for candidates interested in a career change, MWA supports obtaining industry licensing and additional training opportunitiesJob Responsibilities:
Work with a mentor to build a book of businessProvide holistic financial planning to new and existing members in the communityNetworking with individuals throughout the communityContinuously prospecting in order to secure appointmentsParticipating in mentor-lead appointmentsAsking customers for favorable introductionsEngaging in personal observation through the communityParticipating in fraternal activities

The ideal candidate will deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. They should be comfortable creating financial plans and cross-checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information.
