- Expertise in employee benefits communications and/or financial services preferred
- Client consultation experience
- 5+ years developing communication strategies
- Preferably hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or be willing to obtain them within 90 days)
- Oversee the development and distribution of communications related to 401k plans and various Fidelity products and services
- Ensure compliance with FINRA and DOL regulations when sending out regulatory mailings
- Analyze data from internal sources to identify opportunities at the plan level and transform them into actionable plans
- Act as a bridge between the marketing team and clients to ensure understanding and approval of marketing campaigns before launch
- Communicate operational updates to participants regarding any fund or fee modifications
- Ensure client satisfaction by executing effective communication strategies based on client needs
- Strategize on the best ways to deliver crucial information to participants using digital channels
- Provide proactive recommendations and swift responses to client inquiries
- Attend or lead client meetings to discuss communication needs and deadlines
- Evaluate project costs and bill for services when required
