    Summary:A Programmatic Strategist plays a pivotal role in creating digital advertising campaigns, responsible for devising strategic plans, orchestrating execution, and refining optimization strategies across various digital platforms. You will be the primary liaison with partners and our internal teams, working closely to grasp their business objectives, target audience, and unique challenges. Leveraging your profound expertise in programmatic advertising technologies and industry best practices, you will craft tailored campaign strategies aimed at maximizing reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial setup and creative ideation to ongoing fine-tuning and performance evaluation. By remaining abreast of industry trends and harnessing cutting-edge technologies, you will consistently pinpoint opportunities for innovation and enhancement, ensuring our team members help their partners achieve their marketing objectives with precision and efficacy. As an integral member of our digital marketing team, your role will be instrumental in steering partner success and fostering the continued growth and prosperity of ChoiceLocal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies aligned with partner goals and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with Partner Success team members and other internal team members to understand partner objectives and develop tailored campaign strategies.
    • Collaborate with our client partners and internal teams to execute creative development.
    • Implement tracking codes to help identify KPI performance.
    • Utilize audience segmentation and targeting capabilities to reach specific audiences efficiently.
    • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization.
    • Monitor campaign performance closely and implement optimization tactics to improve performance and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare regular campaign performance reports for partners and internal team members.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimizations.
    • Maintain proficiency with programmatic advertising platforms, including DSPs and DMPs.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and partners on programmatic advertising strategies and tactics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic advertising.
    • Proficiency with programmatic advertising platforms such as DSPs and DMPs.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Experience managing small to medium sized spends across Programmatic.
    • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
    • Experience with DSP platforms like Simplifi or other platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of managing successful programmatic advertising campaigns and driving measurable results.
