Description

We are looking for a Quality Controller (m/f/d) with a focus on measurement technology for a well-known company in Chemnitz.

Your responsibilities:

  • In-process inspection of complex assemblies / turning and milling parts - machining) using a 3D measuring machine ZEISS Prismo, creating necessary measurement programs independently
  • Creation and maintenance of measurement strategies in coordination with technology and production
  • Application of statistical methods in evaluating measurement results
  • Creation of inspection documentation and sample testing (EMPB according to VDA)
  • Participation in problem solving and root cause analysis for internal and external complaints, as well as defining corrective actions

Your profile:

  • Technical education in a metalworking profession with further training as a measurement technician or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in handling and programming 3D coordinate measuring devices
  • Good knowledge of form and positional tolerances
  • Good knowledge of SPC and quality methods
  • Independent work, communication and teamwork skills, good knowledge of English

We offer:

Payment according to IGZ/DGB collective agreement + allowances

Overpayment possible depending on qualifications
