We are professional event staffing and bar service agency with a focus on providing elevated cocktail and dining experiences to our clients and their guests.

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Bartenders and Food Servers to join our team.

The Bartender and Server will be responsible for serving beverages and food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


BAR

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following standard recipes or the recipes provided
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels

SERVERS

• Assist with dining preparation (plating dishes, setting tables, etc)
• Familiarizing yourself with the menu so that you may educate guests on the menu selection
• Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Buss tables throughout the dining service
• Light dishwashing may be required
• Disposing of dining related waste at the end of the evening

Requirements:


BARTENDER

• Valid RBS Certificate
• Proven experience as a Bartender similar role
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Understanding of beverage recipes and preparation methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and verifying change
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

SERVER

• Valid Food Handlers Card and RBS Certificate
• Proven experience as a server working events or in a restaurant setting
• Ability to read/comprehend seating charts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Familiar with proper bussing protocols

Skills:

• Banquet experience is a plus
• Familiarity with bartending techniques
• Hospitalityoriented mindset
• Proficiency in time management
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Willingness to assist customers with menu selections
• Experience in food handling is beneficial
