Support and management of laptops and other end devices such as docking stations or printers Support and management of mobile phones and tablets via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution Installation of applications via MDM on mobile devices in accordance with guidelines Creation of proposals for the use of mobile end devices, including conducting tests of the devices Conducting error diagnostics and responsibility for troubleshooting and reinstallation of devices Supporting users in the
