Full-time Your responsibilities As a team leader (m/f/d) in logistics, you will lead, support, and motivate a team of up to 100 employees in the warehouse and be responsible for personnel planning in your area You will manage and plan operations within your warehouse area and coordinate with department management to identify potential improvements in logistics processes You will ensure efficient and timely handling of goods, making a significant contribution to our customers' satisfaction Continuous monitoring and analysis of KPIs complete your new area of responsibility Your profile Successfully completed commercial or logistics training or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar Desire to develop your own team and ideally already have experience in leading employees During peak times (usually the end of the year), you are willing to work in a 3-shift system (early/mid/late) with rotating Saturday shifts A large amount of commitment and openness to new topics Strong communication skills, independent and self-re
