Description
This position provides administrative support to the Nursing & Health Professions Division as part of the administrative support team for Academic Affairs.
Essential Duties Summary
- Provide general office support such as greeting and directing faculty/students and visitors;
- Establish and maintain shared drive folders;
- Organize and manage academic records for faculty and adjunct instructors;
- Review, process and manage Student internship, direct and independent contracts
- Monitor and track weekly budget reports;
- Enter data in Banner and create reports as needed;
- Assist in events for students on campus: Spotlight on Students, Student Awards Night,
- Process purchase orders, check requests, reimbursement requests for all the budgets that
other elements that can inform the decision-making process for the
- Divisions/Programs/College;
- Responsible for overseeing the CIS Teaching Assistant Program. This involves signing off on
workflow.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree, required;
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Experience
- Relevant clerical and administrative experience;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.);
- Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize;
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
