Our client is a family-owned company that operates nursing facilities, assisted living apartments, emergency call services, outpatient care services, and clinics throughout Germany.

For the human resources department at the main office, we are looking for a:

HR Administrator - Focus on Payroll (m/f/d)


Full-time or part-time (from 32 hours/week) starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of working from home on certain days.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent and timely payroll processing for a defined group of employees
  • Data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Support and advice for employees on tax and social security issues
  • Preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments, warnings, and certificates
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Correspondence and communication with tax authorities, health insurance companies, social security agencies, and other authorities

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Initial work experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
  • Basic knowledge of labor, tax, social security, and labor law
  • Proficient and confident in using common MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of P&I LOGA software is desirable
  • Good communication skills and high advisory competence
  • Independent and responsible work style
