- Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Chief of Staff
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and managing logistics
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Aiding the JHC staff in the preparation of professional learning sessions and events sponsored by the JHC
- Managing the STEAM lending library resources and distributing to teachers
- All other duties as assigned by the Chief of Staff
