- Maintain the accuracy of the inventory management system (MP2).
- Issue purchase orders to maintain acceptable inventory of parts.
- Review purchase orders to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
- Receive and distribute inbound deliveries accordingly.
- Assist in assuring that all items are properly checked out of the stockroom and recorded as necessary
- Serve as a point of contact to answer internal customer questions and/or concerns in reference to parts/stockroom.
- Prepare and participate in physical inventory.
- Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly environment in the stock room.
- Prepare and distribute department information to leadership as needed.
- Order parts from main and alternative vendors as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent file management skills
