Your responsibilities:

Order processing & general administrative tasks
Responding to customer inquiries
Monitoring and creating reports (in the healthcare sector)

Your profile:

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in spoken and written form advantageous
Practical experience in administrative tasks with direct customer contact
Understanding of logistical processes
Strong communication skills
High quality standards
Independent work style
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of merchandise management systems, SAP knowledge would be desirable
