    SUMMARY:


    The Remote Senior Account Manager focuses on managing and increasing business-to-business relationships in all Wireless World communities through selling Business Internet and Verizon Home Internet.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions):


    These responsibilities are representative of those for the position and may be performed by each Senior Account Manager or assigned to specific employees.

    Develop and establish new business relationships by visiting area businesses, understanding their needs, providing quotes and information, and recommending Business Internet or Verizon Home Internet solutions.

    Demonstrate the Wireless World customer experience throughout all outreach and follow up communication.
    Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts related to products sales. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional service.
    Deliver effective client presentations including engagement with WW leadership.

    Prospect business and communities that may be interested in Business Internet or Verizon Home Internet through door knocking, hosting events in the community and sending out communication to these areas with approved marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, and/or email.

    Actively use Salesforce campaigns and lists to promote and prospect potential new or existing business and consumer accounts.
    Maintain membership and participate actively in community organizations or events which will enhance current or potential business relationships.

    Communicate frequently with Director of Sales Support, Director of Sales, and Regional Managers to discuss internet sales performance, new opportunities within existing accounts or prospects to increase revenue, and any issues that need proactive or immediate resolution.

    This could involve additional SMB or internet training and business opportunities within the regions of Wireless World.


    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Perform other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our business.
    Assist with special projects or related tasks upon request.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Must be located in Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa or Nebraska.
    Associate's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
    A minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience or experience in the wireless industry preferred.
    Ability to manage multiple accounts and build positive relationships.
    Proficiency in delivering client presentations.
    Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
    Must exhibit strong person-to person communication skills, excellent selling, and customer service skills.

    Travel required to new businesses or communities for prospecting and/or closing sales for a minimum of 35 hours per week.

    Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
    Basic computer knowledge and some experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

    Must be able to read, write and interpret technical product materials, Verizon and Wireless World policies and procedures, reports, and business correspondence in English.

    Must be able to access and utilize proprietary and non-proprietary programs on the computer.
    Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard with accuracy.
