Description

Under direction of the Mahwah Land Use Department Director, develop and prepare technical specifications for Capital Projects for the Township, performs administrative, typing and related clerical work requiring the exercise of independent judgment including a reasonable working knowledge of the laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and procedures relating to the operations of the Department of Land Use.


Serve as technical support for Department and to assist manager for Department to address and coordinate resolve to issues with the Township's Municipal Management Software Provider, Spatial Data Logic (SDL).

Provide Technical direction with respect to scheduling engineering inspections and coordinate various engineering and Land Use Department Inspections. Must be able to independently understand tasks assigned to them and those employees in the department and prioritize tasks.


Responsible for receiving, processing and routing, Soil Movement Permit Applications, processing Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Requests; maintaining and ordering Department office supplies; preparation of project bid specifications, bid summary spreadsheets and processing Public Notices with the newspaper and to performs other reasonably related duties and tasks as required under the guidance of the Mahwah Land Use Director.

Pay:
$47, $58,544.25 per year
