The LVN- RN will provide nursing care within the scope of practice of a registered nurse including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes.

Qualifications:

Current LVN, or RN license in the State of Texas
Prior experience in skilled nursing / long term care is helpful but not required
Serviceoriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
