for after-sales service

Your qualifications

  • The best qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an industrial or machining mechanic, preferably with further training as a technician or master.
  • You have practical experience in machine and plant construction, as well as knowledge of drives and controls (preferably Siemens).
  • You are characterized by good communication skills, a high level of customer and solution orientation, as well as flexibility, resilience, and reliability.
  • You have a structured, independent, and careful way of working.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, as well as good oral and written expression skills and English language skills.

Your day at work with us

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers and dealers for support inquiries and provide technical advice on all questions regarding our machines.
  • You will analyze error messages and diagnose them, as well as handle complaints on a daily basis.
