What you'll do
You will play a key role in transforming and designing the architecture vision for Müller's future merchandise management solution. This includes validating migration scenarios, developing roadmaps, and planning integration milestones.

You will also initiate and support proof of concepts and act as a technical liaison between business requirements and implementation teams.

Additionally, you will mentor and actively support your fellow developers, and drive innovation in shaping our future IT landscape.

What we're looking for
You have a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience. You have extensive knowledge of ERP systems, preferably in a retail context.

You also have practical experience in developing modern software solutions (C++, Java, .Net, React) and experience in OO software design.

Experience in automation (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins) and working in agile teams using Scrum and LeSS is also required.

Practical experience in solution and architecture design, as well as strong teamwork, agile thinking, constructive mindset, and structured work approach are essential.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English are also necessary.
