Hannover Job ID: 8573 Responsibilities Planning, coordinating, and managing the regional customer service team in the Hannover area Employee management, development, and training of a service technician team from various trades Planning, controlling, and monitoring of business metrics Ensuring service quality and implementing measures to continuously improve quality in the responsible area Active maintenance of existing customers to ensure and optimize internal and external customer satisfaction Complaint and escalation management Invoicing of service technician services Disposition and management of technical services from a business perspective Profile Completed training with a master's or technician qualification in the field of heating/plumbing, electrical engineering, mechanics, or a comparable qualification Ideally, first experience in a similar position in service management or technical customer service, preferably in a deputy role Excellent knowledge in at least one of the technical trades (building services, electrical engineering, or mechanics) First experience in employee management Proficient in using common MS Office programs Results-oriented work style with a high level of cooperation, social competence, coordination, and organizational skills At GOLDBECK, you will receive structured and comprehensive training, including various trainings and seminars.
