We are currently seeking an International Procurement Management Trainee (M/F/d) to join our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete projectbased rotations (3 months each) in various areas of Procurement, with defined tasks and deliverables relevant to the specific function and scope
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, develop category strategies, and contribute to meeting Procurement's strategic objectives
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to identify potential projects and offer solutions
  • Participate in an international shortterm assignment or extended business trip to gain global experience and network
  • Build relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders and the Bayer Global Procurement community
  • Educate yourself on company policies and monitor progress towards business goals with the support of coaches, mentors, and management
  • Opportunity for a 3month international assignment at one of Bayer's regional hubs

WHO YOU ARE

  • Master's degree or PhD in business administration, engineering, or natural sciences with excellent grades
  • Previous work experience in Procurement or related
