To strengthen our team in the "Service and Assembly" department at our location in Bad Tölz, we are looking for a


Coordinator for Service and Assembly Planning (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination of service and assembly assignments for internal service technicians, as well as external subcontractors
  • Assembly cost calculation and postcalculation
  • Further development of the service and assembly network
  • Expansion and management of preventive maintenance, including contract design and deadline monitoring
  • Acquisition and coordination of all service partners / specialist partners (coordination of conditions, uniform appearance, and billing modalities)
  • Telephone customer support
  • Invoicing of service and assembly assignments
  • Examination and processing of warranty requests
  • Sales support in the technical or electrical field

We expect:


  • A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification preferably in the field of electrical engineering with relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of coordinating and planning service and assembly assignments
  • Proficient in modern ERP systems and common MS Office products
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Customeroriented, structured, and independent way of working
