WE CURRENTLY HAVE MULTIPLE POSITIONS OPEN AND THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE TURBO TEAM

A TYPICAL DAY AS A TURBOCHARGER TECH
In this role, you will start out disassembling turbochargers and learning the associated parts and components.
Any tools needed will be provided and you will receive detailed instructions on the process.
You will be at an individual work station or work bench within the shop, on the production line.

HOURS AND OPERATIONS
After completing the interview process, you will be sent to a link to set up an employee profile.
Turbo Solutions production is operating Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment (or)
2-5 years of technical experience in trucking and automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, and trucking
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform ride-a-longs with our Customer outside sales reps, visiting end users and educating our customers and end users on the performance of our turbo and actuator products
Conduct Turbo University training sessions with our customer's technical, and inside/outside sales staff
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to customers

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

The

Senior Accountant

will report directly to the Controller and will be responsible for supporting the accounting functions for Turbo Solutions business activities.

The candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily accounting activities and assist in the monthly close process
Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses for management.
Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
Thorough experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations
Impromptu reporting and special projects, when requested.

Work with Controller to perform all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition.

Work with Controller to manage inventory control and accuracy of perpetual.

Assist Controller with HR functions including payroll, 401k, and insurance.
BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting or Finance Degree
3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of GL & ERP systems, Microsoft Business Central preferred.
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases, strong excel skillset
Familiar with sales and use tax returns.
Understanding of international shipping, tariffs, and customs

Solid organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Proven analytical skills - defining problems, collecting relevant data, drawing valid conclusions, and recommending improvement/corrective actions.
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Must have excellent attention to detail along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
