Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, inventory management, parts, and quality control.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Utilize mechanical knowledge to oversee repairs, welding, assembly, auto body, and refinish process.

Supervise a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient workflow & customer billing.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Using CCC One repair software to conduct detailed inspection of vehicles for collision repair estimates.


Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service and management required

Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail

Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians

Knowledge CCC software, automotive repair industry standards and practice

Icar ASE and Automotive Refinish Certificate( A plus)


Pay:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
