The Chamber of Crafts Reutlingen is the self-governing body of the crafts industry in the districts of Freudenstadt, Reutlingen, Sigmaringen, Tübingen, and Zollernalb.

It represents the political and economic interests of its more than 13,800 member companies. In addition to a wide range of services, the Chamber of Crafts Reutlingen operates three modern training academies.

For our department 2 in Reutlingen, we are looking for a

Head of Department - Finance and Controlling (m/f/d)

Full-time 100%, permanent


Your responsibilities:

  • Management and overall responsibility for the department, consisting of the areas of financial accounting, contribution assessment, cost accounting, controlling, debt collection and enforcement, examination and approval of budget plans and annual financial statements in the context of our legal supervision
  • Management of a team of several employees
  • Responsibility for financial planning, mediumterm financial planning, annual accounts, and tax returns
  • Participation as a representative (m/f/d) of financial management in all measures of financial significance, including advising and supporting all staff departments and business areas
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for all financial matters for financial institutions, auditors, audit committee, tax advisors, and legal supervision

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, public management, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience with personnel responsibility
  • Sound knowledge of business administration and tax law,
