Technical Team Leader for Electrical and PLC Control - East Franklin, United States - Infinity Systems
Description
What can you expect?
- You will immediately initiate measures for operational troubleshooting
- You will lead and motivate the employees under your responsibility
- You will create, secure and optimize control programs as well as the corresponding hardware (PLC)
- You will lead shift handovers, organize and coordinate the daily maintenance, servicing and control activities of the department's employees
- You will comply with and enforce existing occupational safety, hygiene and environmental protection regulations
- You will plan, secure and control an effective spare parts inventory and support in coordinating and controlling the use of external companies, as well as in the care and maintenance of the software structure (SAP master data maintenance, article creation, stock levels, creation of work orders)
What should you bring?
- You have completed vocational training in a technical field (ideally as a mechatronics engineer) or have a comparable qualification
- You have several years of relevant work experience
- You have the ability to motivate and inspire people and promote teamwork
- You have solid knowledge of PLCs
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form
