What you will be doing here:
After your training, you will take on overall responsibility for the business areas of Business Development, Product, Project, Process, and Supplier Management
You will monitor company key figures, create analyses, conduct regular risk assessments, and create reports to evaluate and optimize performance
You will develop business development strategies and make a significant contribution to their implementation
You will accompany and support your team in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing products
You will monitor, control, and improve processes in our company together with your team
You will lead and coordinate projects, analyze dependencies, and ensure success
You are (co)responsible for selecting new service providers and partners, building solid business relationships with service providers, and being the main point of contact internally and externally
You lead your team, act as a coach and mentor, and support professional development
You actively communicate with company departments, intensively with stakeholders, and manage expectations
