Join our team at the DPFA Education Center in Dresden as a Regional Controlling Employee (m/f/d) for the Dresden and surrounding area, starting as soon as possible on a part-time basis.
Founded in 1990, the DPFA Academy Group is one of the leading private education providers in Saxony and Lower Silesia/Poland.
With a total of 40 schools and further education institutions, DPFA offers programs in general education as well as vocational training and continuing education.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all regional financial plans together with the responsible managers
- Consolidating all financial plans into the overall regional plan in coordination with school principals
- Reviewing all monthly reports and budget comparisons with the responsible managers
- Creating trend analyses for all areas and the region
- Conducting analyses and crosscomparisons between different areas
- Preparing investment requests for individual areas in consultation with the responsible managers
- Reviewing all incoming and outgoing invoices for the region
- Assisting the responsible managers with project applications and settlements, ESF, GTA, and afterschool care
- Supporting the responsible managers in creating cost calculations for individual courses and training programs
