We are seeking a dedicated professional (m/f/d) in the field of system administration to join our team in Cologne. Your responsibilities:
  • First & second-level support for IT systems with a focus on user and client management
  • Security incident management: investigation of security breaches (incidents) and implementation of measures for damage control and resolution, as well as prevention of future occurrences
  • Administration, management, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft system landscape (including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Mobile Device Management (Intune), etc.)
  • Central management and control of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment
  • Documentation of activities according to specified procedures
  • Participation in the maintenance and creation of procedures
  • Participation in IT projects within the Klosterfrau Group and potentially leading sub-projects
Your profile:
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in the IT field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT field
  • Interdisciplinary IT knowledge
